Welcome to SoWal Soccer School. By booking a session, enrolling a player, or using our website and mobile application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Bookings and Payments

All sessions and packages must be booked and paid for in advance via our official website or app.
Spots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Enrollment is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

Weather Policy: Soccer is an outdoor sport, but safety comes first. If a session is cancelled due to severe weather, we will notify you via the app/email and offer a make-up credit.
Player Absence: If a player cannot attend a scheduled session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Missed sessions without notice may not be eligible for a refund or credit.

3. Player Safety and Medical

Parents/guardians must disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or injuries before a player participates in their first session.
Parents/guardians must ensure players are wearing appropriate gear (e.g., shin guards and suitable footwear) for their own safety.

4. Code of Conduct

We maintain a positive, encouraging environment. We expect all players and spectators (parents/guardians) to show respect to the coach, facilities, and other participants.
Bullying, aggressive behavior, or disruptive conduct may result in a player being removed from the session or program without a refund.

5. Liability Waiver

By enrolling your child, you acknowledge that soccer involves physical activity and inherent risks of minor sports injuries.
SoWal Soccer School and its coaching staff are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property sustained during or as a result of our sessions.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page and reflected in the "Last Updated" date.
